Klondike to Showcase its Play Systems at AAAE Expo April 23-26, 2006
San Diego, CA, USA : Klondike revealed today that the company will be exhibiting at the 2006 AAAE (American Association of Airport Executives) Conference & Expo taking place April 23-26, 2006 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, CA. Klondike representatives will be on hand in Booth 1019 to field questions about soft foam play systems and to explain how dedicated play areas can significantly increase property traffic and revenue.
Shopping malls throughout North America have benefited from the installation of Klondike soft foam play systems. In fact, research has shown that that families visiting retail centers with play areas stay longer, spend more money and return more frequently, all of which translates into higher revenues for merchants. Klondike is confident that, like shopping malls, airports will benefit from soft foam play area installations.
Airlines too have the opportunity to support play area installations, with sponsorship of play systems a proven way for companies to promote brand awareness and to strengthen their connection to local communities. Klondike’s decision to exhibit at this Expo comes following Klondike’s completion of a high profile airplane themed play area for Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd in Vancouver, BC. Cathay Pacific, delighted with the suburb quality of the product Klondike produced, is experiencing increased brand awareness at the location of installation and is said to be considering other play projects to further its connection to communities throughout North America.
