Fredericksburg, VA, November 17, 2006: Klondike Selected Over Existing Supplier in Head-to-Head Competition Today marks the Grand Opening of the Spotsylvania Towne Center’s Buzzy Play Park, with the excitement getting underway at 1:00pm. The children’s play area, designed, built and installed by Klondike Kidstuff, incorporates the history of Fredericksburg, from the colonial-themed wall décor to the lakeside log house, which reflects the Fredericksburg region and allows children to be immersed in the city’s heritage.
Spotsylvania Town Center’s sponsor for the play area, Radio Station B101.5 WBQ B (Buzzy Radio), can be seen throughout the play area. 'The mall staff at Spotsylvania are ecstatic!' stated Esther Rathnam, Director of Corporate Marketing for the Cafaro Company. 'We know the shape was a challenge but Klondike did a wonderful job of incorporating all of our wants.' Spotsylvania Town Center is owned and operated by the Cafaro Company, a ‘privately owned real estate developer and a pioneer in the retail industry since the 1940’s’. As the shopping center industry continues to grow and change, the Cafaro Company ensures that they maintain a competitive advantage by tailoring their shopping centers to families.
